problems with casinos / helping
players
Helping players that
have legitimate problems with casinos ... pays the least in money of any aspect of my
business but it sure makes me feel worthy when I can help save someone that
would otherwise have had no further recourse.
 And so far I'm
batting about .800 - problems with casinos I don't list
and .1000 with the ones I do
list. Pretty good if I say so myself.
this issue is a very long and drawn out
problems with casinos; which
entailed about 20 emails between myself and the parties in question and since my
objective here is to provide proof that I helping players signed to casinos thru
my sites. I see no logic to publish anything but the beginning and the outcome of a
problems with casinos situation that I had a hand in helping to right.

 Hey I'm a friend of Andy, and like andy I've been
having lots of problems and I email the casino but never get an email. Now I can't Log on
to my account they locked it, and it isn't because of password....I'm the one andy refer
to about them sending me an email "complaining Bitch", I saw u on line at the
poker can u please ask poker manager what is happening to me, no one seems to hear me at
the casino PLEASE ...
here's what I received in response from my
contact at Casino Rewards as to the final outcome
of the above situation (Please also note this was not an issue with Casino
Rewards service agents but a poker room they lease software from handles all
the Customer Service aspects too for that poker room and where the trouble
began in the first place:

please understand that in order to protect
the player, the person that helped me make this right, and any third parties
not mentioned here, from any kind of reprimand from the poker room (software
provider) in question
